4 plum tomatoes (seeds removed)
1 barely ripe avocado
1/4 white onion
1 bunch cilantro
2 limes
1/2 tbsp garlic salt (more if needed)
Chop everything finely and combine
the smaller, the better
Serve on top of eggs, tacos or eat with chips. Enjoy!

1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup Colby cheese
cook noodles according to instructions. heat 1 tbsp oil to dutch oven. add sausage cooking til brown. add cream of chicken, milk, cooked noddles, & cheese. Add extra cheese to top and bake on 350 covered for 15 minutes. remove cover and broil on hi til cheese is crusted.
